Deposits, Confirmations, and Cancellations

A 20% deposit is required, along with a credit card number to reserve inventory for your event with the balance due three (3) days before delivery. We will send you a secure link to review and sign your rental contract via our software partner.   We do require that you confirm your contracts electronically as soon as possible. Rentals are NOT reserved without a deposit or signature.  Once this is done online the rentals will be reserved for your date and will automatically be placed on our schedule for delivery.  No credit will be given for unused items.  Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.


Delivery and Pickup

Delivery charges are based on a combination of distance and total cost of the rentals as well as the time specific window for our arrival or pickup. Time frames for delivery are either AM (8AM -1PM) or PM (1PM -6PM). We deliver a day in advance as a convenience and cannot guarantee delivery times due to road conditions, traffic, road work, etc.

Some locations  & venues have driveways which might be difficult for our delivery trucks to navigate successfully. Low hanging branches, narrow bridges and tight corners can pose a hazard. To ensure your delivery location can accommodate, please contact us.  


What is the 9% service charge for? 

This fee covers basic ware and tear of our rentals. Any damage due to standing on a chair, dropping a table, standing on a table, or things of this nature are NOT covered by the 9% and a replacement fee will be charged to the card on file.  Anything that is lost, broken or damaged that is not deemed normal use, while in your care will result in a replacement fee.  RENTALS CANNOT GET WET and CANNOT BE LEFT IN RAIN OR SPRINKLERS. A FULL REPLACEMENT FEE OF EACH DAMAGED ITEM WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE.
